It has been about two years since we met at a "bootcamp". It has been a pleasure watching your business grow during that time. Shortly after we met I did a private mortgage placement with you. I had qualified for a new house in the latter part of 2005 and was unable to sell my house through the traditional process with real estate agents. Since I did not want to become involved with renters, I was making payments on both the old and the new house for over 12 months.
After a year of not being able to sell the old house, I decided to just sell for the amount that was still owed and contacted Jeff Strada. We were able to come to an agreement and close the sale in less than a month. Both Jeff and Pam Strada are very nice, friendly people and were great to work with through all the aspects of the process.

I reside in North Carolina, but owned a home in Morrow, Georgia. My house had been a rental and needed work that I did not have the time or money to invest in, so I decided to sell it. I contacted Jeff Strada upon seeing one of his advertisements. He returned my call promptly and within days had inspected the property and given me an offer. After amicable negotiations, we came to a fair agreement and he faxed the contract to me with earnest money following in the mail.
The sale progressed at a reasonable speed and closed on time. His attorney e-mailed all of the closing documents to me for signature and was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had regarding the closing. My funds were wired to my account promptly.
Mr. Strada conducted our transaction very professionally and was a pleasure to work with. I believe anyone working with him would be very satisfied with the way he handles his business.
